Outlook Calendar Editor Permissions Not Working. If you have full access permission to a mailbox, when you open the calendar properties dialog box and select permissions, you will see a message that some permissions cannot be displayed. So, for anyone else having the problem, try this:

For Any Calendar On Which You Have Editor Or Delegate Permissions, Outlook For Windows Will Tell You If The Calendar Has Been Upgraded To The New Sharing Platform.
Once you add someone as a delegate, they can add your exchange mailbox to their outlook profile.
You Do Not Have Sufficient Permission To Perform This Operation On This Object.
